Securing their claim to the worst record in the West, the Suns lost to the L.A. Clippers Wednesday night, completing a dismal, 0-for-3 home stand. It is becoming painful to watch because of not knowing what the process is. But there are some things I do know — you can’t play 12 and 13 people, just as you cannot play three point guards.

Chest-to-chest defense is not always the best defense — the Suns lead the NBA in fouls committed; only the hapless Brooklyn Nets yield more than the 112 points-per-game surrendered by Phoenix.

And, is there a reason they don’t throw the ball to Alex Len in the low post? Or get more touches for T.J. Warren around the basket?

Just so you know, Eric Bledsoe was drafted by OKC in 2010 and is just beginning to figure things out. (Missing fully half of three seasons due to injury didn’t help.) Luckily, Devin Booker is on a quicker, healthier path
