Mr. Research

Sometime during the night of May 2nd  and the morning of May 3,2017,J Michael Kenyon, alias, Mr. Research, passed away in Port Orford, Oregon at the age of 73.  We knew each other for over 50 years and were in the final stages of completing my book, “The Journeyman”.  He was one of the most interesting and unforgettable characters that I have ever met.  Our relationship dates back to when I coached the Seattle Sonics and he was a cub reported for the “Seattle Post-Intelligencer”.

He knew pro-basketball and knew me even better.  Hopefully, you will all enjoy this great book when it is published.

Coach…I grew up in Seattle..was a kid when the Sonics rolled in to town…we’ve met a couple of times in passing. I’m a huge fan and can’t wait for your book to be released . Wishing you all the best.
