Heck, Phoenix even withstood a strange, two-game winning streak in its final two home appearances to achieve the Sam Hinkie impersonation. As a perfect cap to this most bizarre of seasons, the Suns then cheated the Sacramento fans out of seeing the 70-point-a-game man, Devin Booker, who was “rested” in the season finale.
