Commissioner, PULEEZE pay attention to what is happening to the NBA game today. Let me refer to Rule #10 — Violations and Penalties:

Section II — Dribble

d. A player who is dribbling may not put any part of his hand under the ball and (1) carry it from one point to another or (2) bring it to a pause and then continue to dribble.

Section III – Dribble

a. A player shall not run with the ball without dribbling it.

Section XIII – Traveling

d. If a player, with the ball in his possession, raises his pivot foot off the floor, he must pass or shoot before his pivot foot returns to the floor.

Three little rules, all at the heart of the game for more than a century. As basic as 90 feet between bases, or ten yards for a first down.

Question, when did you, or your referees, decide not to regularly disregard the basic rules of the game?  Take a long, careful look and maybe you will see what a lot of us are seeing …****
