Dragic and Curry: In my last blog of April 6, when Golden State played at Phoenix, I said that it appeared that Dragic may have gotten the best of Curry.  I said not true and here is why.  Dragic shot 11 for 13 for 32 points and had 3 assists and was responsible for 6 more points which gave him a total of 38.  Looking at those stats, you would have to say that he can’t play much better than that.  On the other hand,Curry, who went 6 for 15 and was 3 for 3 from the free throw line for a total of  18 points but he also had 15 assists which made him responsible for 30 more points for a grand total of 48 points.  In my analytic book Curry was a plus 10 and I didn’t mention the 2 free throws that he made at the most crucial part of the game.  And all I had to do was read the box score. .Amen.
